Prior to freelancing, Ella spent over 8 years at Wave Healthcare Communications, quickly progressing to Editorial Team Lead.
Ella led the editorial team for 5 of those years, driving a strong agency reputation for quality and compliance. She oversaw editorial standards, processes, and training programmes, while remaining actively involved in hands-on content review and delivery.
Before Wave, Ella worked at Huntsworth Health (Inizio),
Inventiv Health (Syneos), and briefly in The London Clinic's pathology laboratory.
Education
Ella holds a BSc in Biology (first-class honours) from the University of Bristol and an MSc in Molecular Virology (merit) from Imperial College London. Her MSc research focused on the epigenetic regulation of hepatitis B virus replication.
